- Repairs We’ll start our recommended repairs once we receive your quote approval. We use a proprietary system to send the project to a technician most qualified to perform those specific repairs. Our system is also accessible to you, so you can check the progress of your repairs just by logging in.
- Testing: We always test repaired tools in our dynamic, closed-loop system to ensure the part can perform well in your specific environment and meets OEM specifications. After testing, our QA team performs a final inspection, and then we send your newly repaired part back to you.
- Shipping: When we ship your component to you, we will also include a comprehensive report that outlines what parts we repaired or replaced, test results, and recommended maintenance.
