Our ISO-Certified Repair Process
The service process for Estic tools and controllers begins with a free evaluation. We disassemble the tool in a clean and contaminant-free environment, inspecting and photographing the tool.
After the inspection, we will send you a Failure Analysis Report detailing the issues found and potential causes, along with a repair timeline and no-obligation quote.
Once the quote is accepted, we will find a factory-trained technician who is best suited for the repair. After the repairs are completed, we’ll create a comprehensive report detailing which repairs we performed and which components were replaced. To ensure the quality and accuracy of your Estic tool, we’ll also reinspect and test it to ensure it meets OEM specifications before sending it back to you.
While we’re repairing your tools, we can also provide you with loaner replacements to help you prevent costly downtime.
