We also provide on-site tool management services, where we can track repair information, calibration data, performance targets, PM requirements, and more, so you don’t have to.

Our Repair Process

Tool Inspection & Analysis

We receive your tool, disassemble it in a cleanroom, and inspect it, taking photos of any damaged components.

Failure Analysis Report & Quote

We send you a comprehensive Failure Analysis Report, which lists the issues we found, the potential causes of these issues, an estimated repair timeline, and a cost estimate.

Quote Approval & Technician Assignment

If you accept the quote, we’ll find a factory-trained technician best suited for the type of repair job. If you don’t accept the quote, we’ll ship your part back to you at no cost.

Repair, Calibration & Testing

After repairs are completed, we hand inspect the tool, perform calibrations, and test it to ensure it meets OEM specifications.

Final Report & Free Return Shipping

We ship the repaired component back to you at no cost. You will also receive a second report listing which components were replaced/which repairs were done and any PM recommendations. We always ship tools in an anti-static bag to prevent damage during transportation.
