After our evaluation, we’ll send a Failure Analysis Report that includes the issues we found, the potential causes of the issue, an estimated repair timeline, and a no-obligation quote.Step 3: Repairs
Once you accept the quote, we’ll get to work. All repairs are performed by factory-trained technicians. Encore Systems uses an ISO 9001:2015-compliant quality management system to track repairs and ensure full data transparency.Step 4: Final Testing
To ensure quality, our team runs comprehensive tests to ensure your repaired assembly tool meets or exceeds OEM performance specifications.Step 5: Preparing Our Final Report
We want to set your plant up for success, so we always provide a detailed report outlining what we found, which components were replaced, the results of our testing, and any installation or maintenance recommendations.Step 6: Shipment
