Founded in 1997, Encore Systems is a SunSource company specializing in repairing and calibrating DC torque/assembly tools from brands like Atlas Copco, Cooper, DSM, BOSCH, Stanley, and more.
Since our founding, we’ve become a trusted service center for well-known manufacturers like John Deere, Ford, Honda, GE Aviation, and Kenworth, and proudly serve Tier 1 OEM suppliers throughout North America.
As a quality-first company, we hold an ISO 9001 certification and are an ANAB-accredited/ISO 17025-compliant calibration laboratory. Every tool we repair is thoroughly tested to ensure it meets or exceeds OEM performance standards, and customers always receive a comprehensive failure analysis report from us documenting which components were replaced, which issues we found, and maintenance recommendations.
Encore Systems is also known for our exceptional support. We offer expedited repair services, depending on part availability, offer optional warranties on recertified and repaired parts, and even provide loaner tools to help our customers prevent downtime. Our team can even help plant managers stay prepared for audits through our customizable tool management program.
