Encore Systems sells four PF4000 compact controller models: PF4000-C-DN-HW, PF4000-C-EIP-HW, PF4000-C-PB-HW, and PF4000-C-HW. These compact controllers have a simple interface with an LED display and six-button keyboard. Other features include:

• Logic Configurator: The PF4000 controllers are also integrated with Logic Configurator, giving them limited PLC availability.
• SynchroTork: You can continuously synchronize up to six spindles with the PF4000 controllers.
• Yield Control: You can shut off fixtured tools at the point where each bolt yields instead of relying on specific torque or angle value without reducing productivity.

Encore System also sells reconditioned PF4000-G-DN-HW graphing controllers. As part of Atlas Copco’s line of PF4000 graphing controllers, the PF4000-G-DN-HW can accurately and quickly collect and analyze data and indicate any assembly process changes and trends on its easy-to-read LCD color interface. It also comes with a standard mounting plate, making it easy to install on any workstation. Atlas Copco’s PF4000 graphing and compact controllers can be used with Tensor S, ST, and ETX electric tools and feature many advanced functions that improve traceability and ensure zero-fault process control. The Power Focus controllers can also be connected to a laptop via USB.
